We custom design programs to fit all sports and abilities. We specialize in strength training and metabolic conditioning for sport specific needs. We also concentrate on Olympic lifting patterns and programs. If you’re interested in an Olympic lifting or strength building program in addition to your CrossFit or current training regimen, we will design one specifically for you.
If you are a current athlete at Staten Island CrossFit, we offer single personal training sessions to work on specific CrossFit skills or to meet personal goals.
Personal Training sessions must be booked in person, via email or phone call.
The cost is $65 per 1 hour session.
